A REALTOR® is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.
I grew up in Thomasville, Alabama and graduated from the University of Montevallo in 1988.
I began my real estate career in 1992 and obtained my brokers license in 1994. Since then I have earned the CRS and CDPE designations. In February 2001 I opened Fiore Real Estate which became RE/MAX Over the Mountain in 2004. I am a Life Member of the Club of Excellence and am a Buffini and Company Certified Mentor. I have been involved in several residential and commercial developments in the area and have been a principle in many real estate investment purchases and sales.
I have a daughter who recently graduated from Mississippi College, a son and daughter at Troy University, and daughter who is a Senior at Homewood High School. I am a member of Church of the Highlands.
In my free time I enjoy time with my family, running trails, and the outdoors.
The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:
Loyalty to clients;
Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;
Cooperation with competitors;
Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.
To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry
